2.  DESIGN

The box structure design can be made. Pakstar design team will bring your ideas to life. We use CAD software to design the structure, and send the design to our die cutting tables to cut the structure and make sure your product fits pefectly. We can make you a fully printed mock-up so you can see what the finished design will look like prior to the mass production.

2nd step-------Custom Dieline:

Our designers will engineer custom packaging dielines that suit your product, and also to meet your requirements . When creating a custom dieline, our team ensures that your packaging will be production friendly, ship efficiently. We will send you custom dielines for you to place your graphics on. Our elite design team can assist you during this process to finish the graphics artwork.

3rd step----Mock-up Samples

We can then make you a fully printed mock-up before taking that final step to production as per the die-line and your graphics file.  you can physically hold your product packaging in your hands, and help you confirm the appropriate fit, size ,inserts and style for your specific product.  This allows you to bolster your sales team, make any further graphics decisions, and move to production with confidence.

3. PRODUCTION

All of the hard work has gotten you to this process. Now let the Pakstar production team take all that hard work and mass produce your project for you. We will go through the proofing process with you to make any final revisions before going into production. Once scheduled for production, we will be on press to ensure your colors are printed accurately. We will keep you updated as your job goes through the remaining phases of production all the way to completion date and scheduling of delivery.
