1.What is your minimum order?

Normally minimum order quantity is 500pcs. But it can be negotiated further on special cases

2.Do you carry stock packaging items?

Pakstar Packaging does not carry any stock packaging as everything we supply is custom.

3. What are your lead times?

Lead times depend on the type of packaging you are looking for, and whether or not your packaging needs specialty print/finishes. First time orders take longer to manufacture as items need to be proofed for production and often times tooling needs to be made.

Standard lead times:

Chipboard Boxes: 2-3 weeks for initial order and 2 weeks for re-orders.

Corrugated Boxes: 2-3 weeks. Set-Up Boxes: 2-3 weeks. Bags/Pouches: 2-3 weeks.

4. Can you assemble our packaging?

Pakstar Packaging typically does not assemble the foldable packaging. Most foldable packaging will arrive at the destination flat.

5. Can you design our custom graphics?

We have the designer do the box dieline to support you the packaging graphic layout . We are also happy to do the design artwork for you if the grapic design elements can be supplied .   

6. What are your payment terms?

Our preferred payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipping.  Terms can be negotiated further on future orders.
